Details

He resembles us in everything except for sin alone and accepted to be tempted by the devil,just like he tempts all humans, so he first tempted Him for his body needs.. Which is food but The Lord resisted him by saying "man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God".

Then again tempted Him with personal greatness to throw Himself down of the pinnacle of the temple to be beard up by the angles according to the biblical promise but our Glorified lord answered " you shall not tempt The Lord your God".

Thirdly he tested Him with possession temptation by giving him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory if He fall down and worship to the devil, our glorified Lord refused and said to him " for it is written,you shall worship The Lord your God and him only you shall serve"...

Wish that you read your holly bible as within you will find an armor that you maybe able to stand against all the wiles of the devil and victory for He Himself has suffered being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.

The disciples wondered saying, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him. (John 9:2, 3 NKJV). 
And here we see 2 major facts
1.the cross is one of life's prerequisites  and pain is an important necessity we can't avoid..and no one can escape from it  . For both the saint and the sinner suffers pain ,Jesus Himself was not exempted for in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted,(Hebrews 2:18 NKJV)
2. That pain does not stand alone 
For there are salvation benefits for this pain and God glorifies within it.
The man born blind had pain( the bitter truth) but there was another truth revealed by Lord Jesus when He said"the works of God should be revealed in him"when the light of God shed on this blind man and kicked darkness out..and the work of God revealed by this miracle.
"And we know that all things work together  for good ( including pain) to those who love God, (Romans 8:28 NKJV)

At first The Samaritan woman  had resisted all attempts of Lord Jesus with  her to speak with Christ  but with his long-suffering, love and longing for her salvation she couldn't resist his care and love .. Just like that my beloved we must not resist God's work with us and open our hearts for Him ; so He  can give us to drink of the living water that we won't drink from this world's water that will never be watering to our souls  but drink from the Holy Spirit water that is watering to our souls ..

In this day the church commemorates the Annunciation
